Solution Assurance is a service that is provided by RES Software for customers (End-Users) to assist them with any questions on using and configuring the RES Software products in their environment. RES Software products are constantly being improved. Stay ahead with the latest releases and be a part of the RES Software customer community, our main source of information and inspiration for continued product development. As an exceptionally customer-focused developer, we make full use of the input provided by our customers' issues and requirements.

How do I join the SA program?
Access to Solution Assurance for the first year is included in the licence price. This licence is renewable annualy. Solution Assurance can be by End-User. End-Users of free editions of the Software, like Evalutation Software and Express Editions, have no rights to Solution Assurance.
