Q200049 No printer installed when printing from some applications in RES PowerFuse

When trying to print in a RES PowerFuse session, printing from some applications (e.g. Microsoft Word) is possible, whereas when trying to print from other applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint), no printers can be found. In PowerPrint all printers are available.

In the user Event log, a "Printer is Connected" message cannot be seen. Only the line "Printer Finished" is shown in the log.
